Brain Dump to Ranked Plan in 60 Seconds

Claude can turn your 3am brain spiral into a plan. Empty your head into Claude and get back four clean piles, including the one that isn't yours.

The 3am list is real, it's just in the wrong place.

Everything you're carrying is sitting in one pile in your head. Bills, that message you haven't answered, the thing at work, your mum's birthday. All the same size, all equally loud.

A pile isn't a plan. The reason it feels heavy at 3am is that nothing in it has been sorted, so your brain keeps holding all of it in case one bit matters.

I do this on my phone in bed. 60 seconds of typing, then I actually sleep.

The prompts

1. Start here

Turns one pile into four, and one of those piles is about to feel very good.

Prompt
I'm going to brain dump everything in my head. Sort it into four lists: do this week, decide this week, waiting on someone else, and not actually mine. Here it is: [dump]

2. Go deeper

Kills the decisions that are stuck because you're missing one small fact.

Prompt
For everything you put in "decide this week", tell me what information I'm missing to make each call, and where I'd find it in under 10 minutes.

3. Bonus

The one that gets saved. Two problems, one action.

Prompt
Now find the two things on this list that are secretly the same problem, and tell me the single action that clears both.

Bonus: Make it yours

Add a fifth pile called "someday" so your brain stops smuggling big dreams into a Tuesday to-do list.

Do this today: dump it before you go to bed, not after you've already lain there for an hour. Head empty, piles sorted, sleep.
