Build Your Energy Map

Claude can tell you your best hours for hard work. Map your real energy across the day, then stop putting your hardest thinking in your worst hours.

You're not bad at focus, you're scheduling it at 3pm.

Every productivity system treats your hours as identical. They're not. You have 2 or 3 hours a day where hard thinking is genuinely easy, and you've probably been spending them on admin.

Then at 3pm, running on fumes, you open the thing that needs your whole brain and decide you're the problem.

I write in my first 2 hours and do everything else after lunch. Same amount of work, half the resistance.

The prompts

1. Start here

Maps your actual terrain instead of a productivity influencer's.

Prompt
Ask me 6 questions about when I feel sharp, flat and restless on a normal day. Then map my day into energy zones and tell me what kind of work belongs in each one.

2. Go deeper

Puts the map over your real week and finds the mismatches.

Prompt
Here's my actual week: [paste your calendar or describe it]. Show me where I've put hard thinking in my worst hours, and what to swap it with.

3. Bonus

The list that saves your 4pm.

Prompt
Build me a "running on empty" list: 5 tasks worth doing at my lowest energy that still move things forward.

Bonus: Make it yours

Tell Claude about your sleep, your caffeine timing and whether you have kids. The map changes completely.

Do this today: find your 2 best hours and put one thing that matters in them tomorrow. Protect those hours the way you'd protect a meeting with someone important.
