The 10-Minute Weekly Review
Six questions, one honest summary, and the pattern you keep repeating without noticing.
A week you never look at will happen again.
Friday arrives, you're fried, and the week disappears without a single thought spent on it. Then Monday starts identically, and so does the week after.
Reviews get skipped because the templates are enormous and ask you things like "what are your core values". You don't need a values audit, you need 6 questions and someone to ask them.
I do this on Friday afternoon while the kettle boils. 10 minutes, no notebook required.
The prompts
1. Start here
Six questions, then the honest version of your week.
Interview me about my week with 6 questions covering what worked, what didn't, and what I avoided. Then give me the 3-sentence summary I'd write if I were being completely honest.
2. Go deeper
Names the loop you keep running.
Based on everything I've just told you, name the one pattern that keeps repeating in my weeks and tell me exactly what it's costing me.
3. Bonus
One change, one keeper, one line you'll actually see again.
Give me one thing to change next week, one thing to protect, and the exact sentence to put in my calendar on Monday so I remember both.
Bonus: Make it yours
Do it out loud with voice input. You'll be more honest talking than typing, every time.
Do this today: run it on the week you're in, even mid-week. The pattern shows up regardless.
