The Sunday Reset That Finds the 3 Things Actually Moving Your Week

Claude can plan your entire week in 10 minutes. Three prompts that turn a 40-item mental list into the 3 things worth protecting.

Your week isn't full, it's unsorted.

You go into Sunday night with a low hum of dread and a list that only exists in your head. By Wednesday you're busy and behind at the same time.

Busy and behind isn't a workload problem, it's a sorting problem. And you've been doing the sorting at 11pm, tired, with no help.

I run this every Sunday with a coffee. Takes 10 minutes.

The prompts

1. Start here

Gives you the 3 things that actually matter, after Claude interrogates you properly.

Prompt
Here is everything on my plate this week: [dump it all, messy is fine]. Ask me the 3 questions you need answered to work out which 3 of these actually move my week forward, then give me your answer.

2. Go deeper

Sorts against the real week, not the fantasy one with no interruptions.

Prompt
Now assume I only get 60% of the week I think I have. Rebuild the plan around those 3 things and tell me plainly what I am choosing not to do.

3. Bonus

The checkpoint that stops Wednesday-you abandoning Sunday-you's plan.

Prompt
Write the one-line test I can run on Wednesday to tell if this week is on track, and the exact signal that means I should cut something.

Bonus: Make it yours

Add one line about your non-negotiables (school pick-up, gym at 6, Fridays off) and the plan stops arguing with your actual life.

Do this today: dump the list, even if it's Tuesday. A sorted Tuesday beats an unsorted Sunday.
